I had an amazing stay at Hayat Madeline! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel so welcome and taken care of. A special shoutout to Emily (Hazal) and Lousine (Amine), they were absolutely wonderful! Their warmth, professionalism, and attentiveness truly made my experience exceptional. The suite was spacious, beautifully designed, and had an incredible view of the Eiffel Tower, it was breathtaking, especially at night. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well thought out, making my stay even more enjoyable. Overall, I had a fantastic experience, and I highly recommend Hayat Madeline to anyone looking for a luxurious and welcoming stay in Paris. I can’t wait to return!

The hotel is beautiful, the staff is awesome. Irina, the maître, welcomed us every morning with a smile and our favorite coffee. Marcus, the bellhop, was super attentive all the time and very helpful. Location was great, walking distance from the subway and other tourist locations. The room is quite small, but it is ok for Europe standards. They offer all the amenities of a 5-star hotel, and everything worked fine.

The location of the hotel was exactly where we wanted to be, surrounded by facilities such as restaurants, bars, shops and access to other areas of Paris, either walking or by Metro. By walking you see how the French people live.

Our stay at Hyatt Paris Madeleine was nothing short of fantastic. Situated just a short walk or drive away from Paris's iconic landmarks, it provided the perfect balance of accessibility and tranquility. The concierge service was exceptional, offering invaluable recommendations and assistance to make our visit truly memorable. The surrounding area was a culinary paradise, with a plethora of wonderful restaurants to choose from, catering to every palate. Despite its central location, the hotel itself exuded a peaceful ambiance, allowing us to unwind after a day of exploring the city. Our room was comfortable, well-appointed, and offered a serene retreat amidst the bustling city. Overall, the Hyatt Paris Madeleine exceeded our expectations in every way, and we can't wait to return for another unforgettable stay.

Staff are very friendly and helpful, they even send us a fresh baked cake with receipt in a card , the cake was delicious! Location is good, quiet area and close for shopping , short taxi drive to all the main sightseeing places .

We travelled with our 5 month old baby and the hotel were so accommodating and couldn’t do more for us. When we arrived at the hotel, the cot was already set up in our spacious room, a bottle warmer had been placed in the room and a baby bath! Complementary drink at the hotel bar between 5-7 is also a really nice touch. All staff were so friendly and helpful.
